Building on an extensive background in avaition security, Mr. McGuire established the New York-based international security firm Global Security Associates, LLC in 2002. Prior to forming GSA and serving as the company's CEO, McGuire had spent over 20 years in the aviation industry serving as assistant Vice President with Virgin Security Services in North America.
Mr. Anderes is responsible for development and implementation of large scale projects across a broad spectrum of operational areas. Mr. Anderes is also responsible for the Training and Quality Assurance Division. Mr. Anderes' positions have included security executive, management and operational roles with Virgin Atlantic Airways as well as United and American Airlines.
Mr. Bonventre is responsible for the administrative and financial management of the company. Mr. Bonventre brings over 15 years of financial management and customer service experience to the team as well as 9 years of emergency response experience.
As Vice President of Operations for Global Security Associates' Aviation Security Division, Lucia Oswald is responsible for security services and International customer service programs at JFK in New York, Washington Dulles Airport (IAD) in Dulles, Va., Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Chicago's O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and Houston's Airport System (HAS).
Joseph R. Nadolny has been with Global Security since 2006. Prior to becoming Director of Training & QA in 2008; Joe was Manager of Human Resources & Administration. Joe was responsible for all HR functions of the organization during its rapid growth.
Bryan Davis joined the Global Elite team in 2011 as Director of Sales & Marketing. He brings over 15 years of successful executive sales and marketing experience to Global. He has held key management roles for the New York Islanders Hockey Club, The Hamlet Cup Men's ATP Tennis Tournament, and Contemporary Realty Solutions on Long Island, New York.
Mrs. Villani joined the Global Elite team in 2008. Since that time she has been promoted and recognized for her outstanding achievements that include consistently going above and beyond her scope of responsibilities day in and day out. Her attention to detail, coupled with her ability to get things done earned her the chance to reorganize and head up the Global Elite Groups Human Resources Department.
Ritchie has spent his career in operational roles covering airline operations, aviation security, business continuity and emergency planning with a major United Kingdom Airline. Ritchie rewrote the airline's corporate emergency procedures manual, covering all subjects relating to a company response. He has commanded the airline's response to a myriad of crises. Ritchie's remit has covered the world and he appreciates the need to be understanding and flexible when dealing with the diversity of different cultures around the world. Ritchie naturally has a safety-first culture and fully believes safety and security can be delivered with a high degree of customer service.
Having grown up in Southern Africa Jason has lived in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe), Botswana and South Africa. He has extensive work experience throughout Africa having conducted security operations in more than 16 countries on the continent.
Responsible for business development and establishing the first GSA branch office in Asia. Mr. Walson has previously worked with companies to help expand their presence in the region by producing market research and risk assessment deliverables across industries and varying political and economic climates. He has lived in Indonesia where he studied the language and taught courses at a local university.
A British citizen, Graduate of London University with twenty years experience in aviation security, Mr. Mackay currently is responsible for European operations.
