Mr. Anderes is responsible for development and implementation of large scale projects across a broad spectrum of operational areas. Mr. Anderes is also responsible for the Training and Quality Assurance Division. Mr. Anderes' positions have included security executive, management and operational roles with Virgin Atlantic Airways as well as United and American Airlines. While holding the position of AVP Security and Emergency Response with Virgin Atlantic Airways, he was responsible for the security and emergency planning for 16 airports.

As a consultant, Mr. Anderes has undertaken numerous independent airport security audits in the US, Caribbean, Africa and Latin America. Victor has extensive physical security auditing, training, policy and procedure, planning and regulatory compliance experience.

Mr. Anderes is an IATA Accredited Aviation Security; Risk Assessment and Crisis Management Instructor and has conducted numerous training sessions for airport authorities, civil aviation authorities and airlines.
