Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations for Global Security Associates' Aviation Security Division, Lucia Oswald is responsible for security services and International customer service programs at all of our Domestic Stations (JFK, LAX,MIA,IAH, IAD, DFW, EWR, SEA).

With over thirty years of distinguished service in the aviation industry, Ms. Oswald has extensive airport operations and airline customer service experience having held the positions of General Manager and Director for several airlines both in the US and abroad, including Maxjet Airways, Jet Airways of India, Spirit Airlines and Trans World Airlines. She served as Executive Board Member of several Airport Operators Committees and held memberships in airport sub-committees on security while working in Europe.

Her extensive experience in management and service in all aspects of airline ground operations, security regulatory compliance and customer service is a great asset in the expansion of GSA's aviation services she is overseeing.

Her role as Director of Operations will involve working closely with aviation clients to expand and enhance service offerings in passenger verification services, aircraft search, ramp guarding, escorting and catering security. Coming from within the airline industry Ms. Oswald's wealth of knowledge and experience with domestic and multi-cultural airline relations will serve to keep service expectations high in this ever changing segment of the security market.
