
Director, Quality Assurance & Training
Joseph R. Nadolny has been with Global Security since 2006. Prior to becoming Director of Training & QA in 2008; Joe was Manager of Human Resources & Administration. Joe was responsible for all HR functions of the organization during its rapid growth.
Joe’s responsibilities include oversight of all new hire & refresher training for all employees across all business units. In addition he is responsible for conducting Quality Assurance audits to ensure compliance with all applicable rules, regulations & company policies.
Joe is also a 15 year veteran of the Garden City Volunteer Fire Department currently serving as Assistant Chief. He has taken numerous emergency service training courses including National Incident Management System courses ICS-300 Intermediate Incident Command System & ICS 400 – Advanced Incident Command System. In addition, Joe is a National Safety Council Certified Instructor in CPR, First Aid & AED. Joe currently serves as the Fire Service Sector Chief on the Long Island Infragard Members Alliance.
Joe holds a BBA in Business Management from Hofstra University.
