Mrs. Villani joined the Global Elite team in 2008.  Since that time she has been promoted and recognized for her outstanding achievements that include consistently going above and beyond her scope of responsibilities day in and day out.  Her attention to detail, coupled with her ability to get things done earned her the chance to reorganize and head up the Global Elite Groups Human Resources Department.

Mrs. Villani utilizes her strong communication skills and keen understanding of human nature day in and day out when it comes to the hiring process.  The Global Elite Group strives to hire only the most qualified candidates.  Through her unique interviewing skills and techniques; Mrs. Villani has the ability to separate truth from fiction.  At the end of the day, our most valuable assets are our security agents.  These men and women represent the industries sharpest security personnel who stand in front of our customer’s and our customer’s customer’s, therefore only the best will do.

With an educational background in Liberal Arts and Business Management, Mrs. Villani’s real world experience covers the corporate gamete to include, employee management, customer service and relations, inventory and cost control, procurement scheduling and management, training and compliance  as well as event planning and execution.

On a personal note, her competitive spirit and love of the culinary arts has won her several notable awards.
